Figured it'd be interesting to post a few links. No pictures, and
I think whoever is making it more complicated than need be, but still,
should be able to make a cane from this. With my own, I didn't read
anything like this before I started on it, just looked at a link with
profiles, and instructions (which I didn't really read), and went from
there. Zen cane making.

Have a look at "Make Your Own Walking Sticks" by Mr. Self. Plenty of
inspiration in his book: form rustic to fancy...

WALKING STICKS - PDF This is the link that originally inspired me to make a cane. I didn't wind up doing anything it says, just remembered it later, and went from there. Then too, I rembered when I was a kid around

8ft Plastic Bamboo Canes Some years ago and before I moved house, I used 8ft plastic canes (simulated bamboo) to support runner beans. Are you able to supply, or give me a source of supply of this item. Any idea of prices plus delivery? Thank you for your time. Regards. John.
