Difference between PLIIx and Dolby EX/ES I have a Yamaha 661 avr and I'm supposed to be able to apply PLIIx to a 5.1 PCM stream via HDMI. However in the EXT SURR menu settings the only modes available are AUTO, ON, ES, EX/ES and PLIIx music. Other 661 owners at avsforum.com say they can apply
